maybe im just partial because i go to northern & central new mexico a few times a year and also get my families cooking from there as well.
I like Lil Anitas for "New Mexican" although I'm not sure how authentic it is. From what I hear the franchise is kind of looked down upon in New Mexico. I tend to like Colorado style green chile a bit more though anyway.
