Ball skills will improve as the underneath coverage improves this season. Safety priority can shift from making the safe play (oh the playoff irony), to high pointing the ball.

Carter was a stand out playing alongside Brian Dawkins.

Well, "stand out" is probably a strong term, but he had a really solid rookie outing.
