But if a $200 graphics card is capable of better (which like I said from the TFLOPs comparison, it likely is) there would be zero need to build a $4,000 machine to outdo the PS4. Not counting a monitor, it could likely easily be done for $600. And that's retail pricing. Console vendors aren't paying anything resembling those prices.
I seriously doubt that a $600 gaming rig is going to come anywhere close to the PS4, but we shall see. I guarantee you though that the Unreal Engine 4 demo was run on something considerably more pricey.
