remember when everyone was questioning why Tiger fiddled with his swing? "why mess with a good thing?" "it's won him multiple majors, makes no sense to adjust." because he knows that his current structure is not sustainable for the duration he desires and more important he wants to exceed his own goals and expectations. by changing it up he allows himself more options to attain his goals and allow for continued improvement.
once you're satisfied with being where you're, it means you're not working hard enough.
