Terrell Davis is the perfect example, and Ball is definitely a step faster than TD. Oh and one of your examples, Arian Foster, is well documented as actually being slower than Ball.
Sorry i disagree i don't see Broncos giving the ball 30-40 times to anyone but Peyton Manning. Under your theory any RB can be a 200 yrd a game guy. I'm talking about guys with the ability to do that in any game with any amount of carries.
Guys like Chris Johnson, Jammal Charles etc have the ability to go the distance everytime they touch the ball.
