The NY Post report of 12 dead turned out to be completely untrue. 3 dead. The Post was full of ****, as per usual.
It was bandwidth issues, not a police takedown, that caused the cell service outage: http://mashable.com/2013/04/15/bosto...-service-down/
And it turned out there were no unexploded bombs after all that could have been set off.
