On the upper left hand side of the page, in the links bar, you'll see "User CP". Click that, then Edit Signature.
Quite a few posters attach their sig pics to a thread in the Horse's Butt to get the url for the sig... or one can sign up for free gif storage at photobucket.com. They allow hotlinking.
