Oh I absolutely know what he's claiming, even though he's never actually come out and made it verbally, because he's a coward.
And I don't know about you, but when I need a reliable and accurate test on how intelligent someone is, an IQ test is the first place I look. But which IQ test? There are so many of them. Do we use Stanford-Binet? OLSAT? Wechsler? What about Woodcock-Johnson? Sorry, I really just wanted to say Woodcock-Johnson. I mean, standardized tests are really good at determining how smart an individual is...which is why we have so many of them.
