The Bills have plenty of tough decisions to make in the coming weeks that could possibly lead to Byrd avoiding the franchise tag and testing the waters. His agent will likely point to the 56.9 passer rating opposing quarterbacks posted when throwing at his client in 2012. Philadelphia would be wise to make some inquiries, should the opportunity present itself.
