Indeed, the beginning of the article has a direct link to the IRS document. The figures mentioned come from page 56 of that document.
I have. The IRS appears to be using those figures for illustrative purposes only. Nowhere do they inidcate that there is any evidence that premiums for a family of 4 will cost 20K under the ACA. That number doesn't appear to be any kind of attempt at projecting premiums.
If it is, where does it say so and what do they base the numbers on?
