You guys want a real workout try some Bikram Yoga. 90 minutes, 26 postures, 100+ degrees. It's no joke. I heard a couple pro teams are doing it. If the Broncos did we wouldn't have been dragging ass in the 4th quarter of the Ravens game. Our guys could barely get up.

If you like a challenge and want to push yourself to another level give it a try.
