This explains their over-confidence. They dont get too many opposing opinions. It makes 'em feel better, but it's not reality.
As I said earlier, confirmation bias, it's a hell of a drug! Feels so good when everyone tells themselves how great they are, but when reality strikes and proves them wrong, the crash is a *****!
