You didnt mis-speak. Mis-speaking would be saying that anti-semitism is illegal in every country in Europe, when in actuality there are only a few places where it is. You purposely made an errant statement that you either knew was false but thought you could get away with ot, or something you wanted to be true so it wpuld support your point
It's not illegal to criticize Israel in any nation in Europe.
