Please show us your proof that Russia and China spend more then reported. Do you have inside intelligence in both Russia and China or something. If you're going to say that, I think it's fair we can ask why you think that.
It's true though what Rohirrim has a valid point. The richest americans and corporations through the Bush years have raped our economy, none more then Wallstreet. The wealth gap in this country has become so unbalanced it's to the point where you want to believe it's just fantasy but it's not. So much of this countries wealth is held by just 1% of it's people. They cheat the system, they don't pay what they should in tax, break the rules, then buy presidents and politicians to write more rules to favor them. Greed is a very powerful force and it's more then taken it's toll on America's poor and middle class.
