Dinner is at 3 and hell no, no green jello. My mother used to bring the one with cottage cheese in it. Wasn't bad but I haven't had it since and don't miss it. Carrots? Oh I avoid that one at all the funerals. Vegetables and jello is just wrong!
Yes I did try the brine anyway and loved it. I realized that Thanksgiving you throw out all those ideas of things that are "bad" for you and just enjoy.
