Even when ads suck, as 99% of them do, they get the messaging right. Who are they targeting? People that want to see themselves as nerds that want friends? No one does, even nerds.
It's like they're supposed to be learning about football so now they can talk about it competently with their friends during the week...except they only have time to watch it on their phone? Or something? I think it's supposed to just advertise that you get a full NFL experience on your phone, not sure what the "nerds become big NFL fans, have unfortunate run in with NFL star in final scene" angle is all about though.
