Let's say this plain and simple so you can understand:
The Bakers Union authorized a strike during the worst economy in nearly two generations and against a company that was in bankruptcy for the second time. As a result of the strike by the bakers, Hostess Brands closed the doors for good on 33 plants nation wide. Nice union representation there guys. In one stupid miscalculated blunder the Bakers Union managed to put 18,000 workers out on the street one month before Christmas.
