Servers are only one part of it. Short order cooks make a lot more then that. My mexican buddy is probably the best short order cook in the city. He works at a local breakfast place that is only open from 5am-11am. They pay him 25 bucks an hour. Also food delivery costs, electricity, leasing the building, upkeep on the building, paying for the food, insurance.

Running a sucessful restaurant one of the toughest ways to make a living. Even the chains have a ton of overhead to get good managers, servers, bartenders, cooks.

Oh by the way your an idiot if you think the restaurant biz is easy money. Big deal so they are going to charge more to pay for healthcare. What did you think they were going to do? Just pissed that you will actually pay for it peacepipe? Ya I got you brother. You just love everything as long as you don't have to pay anything for it. You love everyone being covered as long as your fantasy of not having your costs go up comes true.

Forget about it everyone will pay more for insurance to cover Obamacare.

Still cmon you can afford 5% when you go to a restaurant can't you Peace?
