I sit in lecture halls all the time filled with 200+ people that want to become doctors but only a very small fraction ever will. Make the PA route more attractive by making them the first line of service in the medical industry and everyone wins. The only ones who would have an issue are the crybabies that think the worst MD is still better than the best PA.

Combine some of this with things like banning drug companies from advertising, and you may be on to something.
"Ask your doctor about..." No, tell your doctor your symptoms. It's more than likely all in your head, or at the very least not what the makers of Lunesta want you to believe.
