Certainly they do more than $ 175,000.00 in revenue a year. But with the expenses and overhead most do not make that much in profit.
BS,overhead for a restaurant is extemely low.80% percent of the overhead gets 2 dollars an hour. the rest get minnimum wage. just to give you an idea, say you have a staff of 10 servers,one table comes in spends 40 bucks. your 80% of your overhead is already taken care of for 4 hrs. 2 tbles & your waitstaffs pay is taken care of for a 8 hr shift. that coke your buying for 2 dollars only cost dennys like 2 cents. dennys as well as other restaurants are doing just fine.
