I've been discriminated against in the work place. I couldn't afford at the time to sue anyone and frankly it would have been a waste of time, energy, and resources. Why? Because when I fail or come-up-short, I don't blame other people. I look within, make the correction, and move on. but this isn't about me and in typical fashion, not being able to have an actual discussion, you people try to make it personal.
