......and this is huge. What about those serving sentences in CO for use of Marijuana (not selling it, but using it). I don't think they'll just open up the cells and let them go but I'm wondering if you might see some sentences reduced. |
They'll stay in jail I would imagine, but I would hope their sentences are reviewed. Or at least the pot portion of their charge.
