How else can you explain that a QB who goes 0-1 with 0 yards 0 TD's 0 INT's has a QB rating of 39.6 but yet, some QB's have had lower ratings despite completing some of their passes for some yards.

Sounds like Orbital Rendezvous, NASA engineers thought that all you had to do was match the orbit, aim for the target vehicle then speed up only once you sped up your orbit increased and the chaser lost velocity and went into a higher orbit.
They had to figure out that they had to either slow the target down or overshoot it and let the chase vehicle slow then at the right moment match the orbit, then use thrusters to dock.
Same thing kinda...
