temperatures are a part of the weather as much as the wind and the clouds and the rain and the heat if you cannot predict the weather more than 2 weeks times then you cannot predict the temperatures more than 2 weeks in advance if you can tell me what will the high temperature will be November 3rd 2013 again thanks for debunking global warming for me as in catastrophic rise in temps.
now if only someone can fix unhealthy amounts of smog in major cities that is a fact !
