5 - Coin money: GAVE THAT ONE AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
6 - Provide punishment for counterfeiting currency: all Fiat money is counterfeit
7 - Establish Post Offices and transportation routes necessary for postal delivery: SHRINKING THAT DOWN
8 - Establish copyright laws (to promote the progress of science...
where are the constitutional conservatives on this one?)
9 - Establish a court system under the rule of the Supreme Court: circular do-loops up and down
10 - Define and punish piracy and violation of international law
11 - Declare war: NOT APPLICABLE ANYMORE
12 - Raise and support armies: Plural?
13 - Provide and maintain a Navy
14 - Establish laws to be followed by the military: UCMJ in contradiction to BILL OF RIGHTS
15 - Provide a discipline by which to train state militias: SEE ITEM 12
16 - Exercise legislation over the District of Columbia: FAIL
17 - Make other laws deemed necessary and proper: NDAA?
Raising and supporting a military fell to items 12 and 13 on a list of 17. Methinks the framers of the Constitution didn't just forget until they were halfway done, and then go, "OMG TOTALLY 4GOT THE ARMY WTF
