He does usually, unless the WR is Andre Johnson, Randy Moss, Terrell Owens or AJ Green.
The other Bengal WRs are not very good. The TEs are decent but Denver should be able to handle them. BenJarvis Green has been horrible. It's all on AJ Green's shoulders.
