The information your getting from that link is wayyy old. Try spotrac.com.
The Broncos are not paying BDawk $9M (off the books), and are not paying Warren $5.25M (more like $2.5 cap hit). Right now, they are sitting at $113M, including $5M in dead money. Dumervil's contract goes down a little next year, but we have MASSIVE amounts of free agents to resign, including Clady, Koppen, Tony Carter, Porter, Stokley, maybe Brooking, etc. All those guys, plus draft picks...plus we need to sign good DT in Free Agency, and possibly an MLB too.
In short, if you think the Broncos are "wayyy" under the cap next year, you're dead wrong.
