Williams has a crap load of wear on his tires. He also has never played an entire season going back to his junior year in high school. The contract seems bloated to me too.

That said, in this style of offense where he splits with Willis, Hillman and sometimes Ball, I think he would be worth it were his contract not so bloated. I would consider it if the compensation was good. Otherwise I would pass. I don't know who the de facto GM is over there right now, but they are probably not looking to do too much until the new GM is officially installed unless it's a killer deal. I wouldn't deal with a team in that situation.
