I figured out the problem. It's a case where the built in Orangemane censor makes the URL inoperable.
The links to the site include the word Fu-ku-shima -- which the Orangemane censor changes to ****shima. This alters the URL -- making it inoperable.
However - I found a work-around. Go to google.com
search for the following quote:
This is the worst possible scenario” I think the melted fuel has already eaten through the concrete (VIDEO)
Google will pull up numerous working links to the site.
