There are two freaking programs that should have been past that would both benefited the nation and got better employment result that neither side is talking about.
1. Infrastructure renewal - it time to recapitalize Eisenhower interstate program. To many crumbing roads and bridges
2. Private/Public partnership to create a smart power grid. The government should be offering low interest long term loan and grants to states and the power companies to create the next generation power generation and distribution system
