Within the next decade or so, Muslims will account for 1/4 of the world's religious population. Estimates now have their growth rate upwards of 1.5% annually. Half of Africa is Muslim, a third of Asia is and are dominant in the Middle East as far as demographics go. If it isn't 2 billion people by now, it is going to hit that mark soon. Splitting hairs on numbers is no defense for how wrong your argumentation is.
The implications you have made are quite wrong. I really don't think you understand the origin(s) of conflict [reasons] in the countries they are happening. You pride yourself on going beyond boundaries, but make a false accusation on a group of people panting its followers as primarily violent. Jihadism is a relatively new phenomena. Islamic terrorism is even newer. Extremists partaking in violent acts reside in a significant minority of the world population. Tying all of Islamic history into modern Pan-Islamism is astoundingly stupid, but par for the course for you.
