Unfortunately, Democrats went with the safe bet in Kerry. He's more well known than is Edwards, whose relatively new to the political scene. I am proud to say the one state who voted for the right guy was South Carolina.
The DNC were fixated on having a war hero as their nominee.....I've said it many times before Edwards is better than Kerry, but he's now the VP and it sounds as if his agenda will be a major part of the platform since he basically gave the same speech he always gives.....so it's all good I guess.
I look for him to be a major player in 2008 if this ticket fails.
