I completely agree someone should be able to address their first amendment rights but also think the player should let his employer know that he is going to make this stance on something that is politically devisive. His 2nd point came across a bit harsh but while I do agree on some of his points, I don't back gay marriage and simply put for me, marriage is between a man and a woman. Hmmm, think you missed the point of his letter. It was that Mr. Burns called out someone for their freedom of speech, while being hateful against another group. I didn't think he opened his mouth like he is the boss, Burns did that, he opened his mouth to clarify how stupid Burns request was and why. As far as informing the employer, nope, as long as it's not done while at work, it's none of my employers business.
