Hmmm, think you missed the point of his letter. It was that Mr. Burns called out someone for their freedom of speech, while being hateful against another group. I didn't think he opened his mouth like he is the boss, Burns did that, he opened his mouth to clarify how stupid Burns request was and why. As far as informing the employer, nope, as long as it's not done while at work, it's none of my employers business.
