I would take responses with a grain of salt... Maybe Broncenstein can help you.
The way I understand it is that THC stores in your fat lipids, and will store there for 10-30 days, depending on your body fat percentage. If you're really skinny, it might not stay in there at all. Since there was just one hit, it might not register because I know (the Navy at least) only tests for certain levels.
I told them I had been eating hemp bread before a test once, and I was fine.
Also, if you want to get it out of your urinary system, you might try some diuretics - like cranberry juice or apple juice, and acids like vinegar (ie pickle juice or lemon juice). I also hear green tea is good.
None of that will clear the THC in your lipids, though. I understand that high levels of Niacin (Vitamin B3) actually flushes your lipids, but I'm not sure.
I've also read that, in terms of detoxifying your body, anything that makes you sweat is good, so hit up a sauna...
You might not even need any of this, depending on the levels they test for. I'd still wait at least 20 days to clear a test, to be safe.
