by contacting recruits who're not committed to the school and attempting to sway them to the school on social media is considered by the NCAA to be booster activities.
he hung out with the commits and recruits, allegedly bought some of them drinks and he's not even supposed to be talking to underaged youths via social media as part of his parole.
