I do think Tebow is the long term guy. He is raw and needs work. If Manning comes in for 2 or 3 seasons, and Tebow stays that's the best possible scenario in my opinion. It helps the franchise now and long term.
I just don't see how the whole Manning/Tebow thing could work out though.
