This isn't far from the truth. I like Schefter, but he might as well said "the Broncos and about 20 other teams will inquire about Manning". Because that is what is going to happen here.
Anyone who does not have thier franchise QB already will probably inquire. That doesn't mean they have the desire or resources to pull it off.
