All you have to do is go to
www.iblocklist.com and find lists you want, copy the provided URL, open "list manager" in PeerBlock, click "add" and then paste the URL into the URL box. Choose if its a "block" or "allow" and click "ok".
From then on it'll auto update every time you start PB or however often you have it set to auto update in your settings.
I have the Steam list set to allow, everything else is block. Don't get too aggressive with your list selections though. You don't really need something like Bluetack Level 3 a.k.a. the tin foil hat list unless you think aliens controlled by the ghost of Richard Nixon are spying on you through your neighbor's home PC.
