BTW, I am vetting Prager's paper with a number of nuclear experts -- and will post the results in a few days.

The evaluation will be based on the issues -- and not because Prager espouses some other theory I do not agree with.

Science works on a case by case basis.

To follow up:

I asked Dr. Frank Barnaby, a former nuclear weapons designer for the UK, to review Prager's paper. I also asked Dr Bill Deagle to look at it. Deagle is an MD who also owns an advanced degree in physics.

They both concluded that Prager doesn't know what he's talking about. Based on this recommendation, I dropped Prager's paper from consideration for my next book, Black 9/11.
