Can't tell you how many time I saw REO at the Red Lion in Champaign. They were great as a bar/cover band. Sympathy For the Devil was their big song then. It was all downhill after the fired singer Terry Lutrell. Cheap Trick was on the same circuit. Their big song was Suffragette City. I always thought the Finchley Boys would be the band that emerged from that fray.

Love that band. Bun E was so cool to us and Neilson was just the biggest dick, meeting him was just a huge downer.
Never really cared for Trower solo, I'll pass and stay with Procol Harum instead.
