I have Sprint 4G already and it sucks in the area I'm in so it's almost always stuck in 3G mode, and a nice little surprise buried in the fine print of their broadband contract specifies that if you're using more than 5 Gigs a month of 3G data that the "4G unlimited" plan now costs you $$ for every byte thereafter...the first month the bill was an extra $68 for my "flat rate" unlimited plan...no they wouldn't let us use the 30 day cancelation option (who knew before that?) without defaulting the contract, etc...anyway buyer beware on Sprint's service IMO but the phone does look interesting if it actually works like they'll claim.
