I've had two interviews in the past 60 days. I didn't really have a chance on the first opportunity. I looked at the interview as a warmup for the future. The second job would have been a perfect landing for me. The format was behavioral based questions. I felt pretty good about my responses but I did not get the job. The recruiter tried to make me feel better by stating out of "hundreds" of candidates I was only one of three they actually brought in for an on-site interview. I don't know if she was blowing smoke or whatever, but at least my resume is drawing interest.
