Now, not sure how it works in your state, but in California, we have the option to go to our county courthouse instead of the local jurisdiction that the officer frequents on a daily/weekly basis. This, I guess, helps for a more fair verdict as the officer is not known at an outside courthouse. The dates and times are different than his schedule and with me being the only ticket for him to fight, he doesnt show. 4 out of 4 times is 100%. Got my bail money back from the tickets, no points and no traffic school! Find out if this applies to your state and use it at will. Of course, if you get a ticket in an area like LoDo, you are probably scheduled to go to the county courthouse anyways but if that courthouse is 40 miles away, you can bank on the officer not showing.

Thanks. That makes alot of sense. I will check into it today. I acutally receieved a letter today from the place i was suposed to go to court for it and it said the judge is out of town that week and they moved it back from the 10th to the 17th. Thanks again.
