Keep it simple... a tab of AD 90 minutes before the workout followed by a tab right after.
Add to that your Dextrose/cassien/whey/creatine drink about 30-45 minutes before and IMEDIATELY after.
5 grams of creatine before 10 grams after.
40 grams of dextrose with both.
25 grams of combination protien before 40 grams after.
I'll bet my life you do that exactly and lift using HST principles you will put on at least 10-15 lbs' in 3 months... and maintain it after.
