I was gonna finish cutting post cruise since my AZ vaca got in the way... then Friday's Kyle Orton bonanza hit and I'm drowning my sorrow in booze and food.
One concern, lately when I'm bulking I'm on some good pills but not going to risk that with a good Sunday football booze binge and wind up dead Monday morning with a blown liver.
I'll give this "natural" bull**** another run this winter, I suppose.
Give that sublingual stuff a shot... One tab prior to your workout and one tab after should do the job. Avoids first pass of the liver and will raise androgen levels at exactly the right time.
The other "Trick" is to manipulate your insulin levels prior/post work out... Keep in mind the biggest reason for modern day Bodybuilders bouncing around the 300lb level is insulin and IGF-1. A few grams of dextrose with a whey/cassien/creatine drink will make a significant difference.
