Bono the man annoys me too, but I like most of U2's old stuff. I felt good about the Beatles, but wasn't 100% sure how you'd feel about them. As for the Police, I thought for sure you were going to rip them up.
What are your thoughts on Guster, by the way? Have you listened to their "Lost and Gone Forever" album? I'm not really aware of anyone else ever having heard of them before. They play their worst songs on the radio, which is unfortunate because that's the band people come to know.
And just for giggles have you ever listened to They Might Be Giants?
