Not everyone can live long in this game. Someone, and in this game many people, get voted off every round. People have to get voted off every round. Lets say that again, "People get voted off every round".
Some people try and play one round at a time and will do anything to survive. Some people look ahead and will work towards being the winner even if they get voted off.
