We are getting 6 inches of snow today! The City is out of sand...and to get more in here is taking forever because the roads are icy and have blowing snow drifts.
This is such a mess
all you can do is wait basically...
You can still go and fill sandbags when the sand gets here...but no travel advised in the city.
Frozen sandbags don't absorb the water as well and our dike isn't finished yet here because there was an emergency
in S. Fargo last night and we ran out of sandbags.
