I was in the mood to make cinnamon apples!
I couldn't remember what I did with the recipe so I improvised...they taste great...I made them into chunky applesauce. (This time I even used the peels!) Threw in a little water, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and tahitian rum vanilla.
I knew that alcohol would be involved there somewhere!

(Hogan says I should have left the peels off...but hey, I like peels in mashed potatoes too!)
