Cool if you can win the contracts. Bidding has been akin to "dog eat dog" lately. Over the past decade we've faced 4-8 competitors a bid opening, the last few moths those numbers have increased to 14-20. We've cut our profit margins to all time lows, and are still being beat by "no-name" companies which are bidding lower than cost. I guess "buying work" is better than cutting the workforce.
I'm practicing my "Welcome to WalMart" spiel, just in case.
